About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Communication and Change Management Lead in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for Branch Banking, Chief Customer Office, CSBB Control, CSBB Diverse Customer Segments, CSBB Operations, CSBB Strategy & Transformation, Consumer Marketing, Deposit Products Group, and Small Business.   • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives in support of change management people-readiness activities to prepare marketing and sales platform users and stakeholders for change
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations to prepare impacted audiences to successfully adopt changes
  • Curate voice of customer (VOC) insights to ensure we are placing our user base in the center of what is being designed for them
  • Define and operate feedback forums needed to gather qualitative and quantitative insights from our internal customers
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area and how the work might connect to other groups
  • Offer expert-level written and oral communications and change management practices proven successful with a range of audience sizes from small to large (1,000 user plus) audiences
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced change management staff within the group
  • Provide management and strategy consulting to a diverse audience including business line senior leaders Required Qualifications:
    • 5 + years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications:
      • Ability to strategically create, develop and implement complex process and technology change management initiatives involving communications and training tactics, impacting a large audience
      • Excellent verbal written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience including but not limited to senior leaders
      • Ability to design and conduct communications and training activities with a large virtual audience participation
      • Have an established visualization skillset to benefit distilling large, complex volumes of information into manageable components
      • Ability to influence and be to advocate for the audiences impacted by the change
      • Ability to create user adoption strategies and to strategically select the appropriate strategies and tactics for the initiative and audience
      • Ability to work across large, impacted user bases impacted by multiple change initiatives
      • Knowledge and understanding of the marketing process used to create marketing programs, and workflow-based marketing technology platforms such as Aprimo
      • Excellent Microsoft Office applications experience including Teams
      • Knowledge and understanding of Agile
      • Knowledge and understanding of the marketing roles through end-to-end marketing developing process Job Expectations:
