Job Description
The Migration Solutions Consultant is an experienced customer-facing specialist who seeks to understand current user workflows and support customers throughout migration from one Therapy Brands software technology to another. Individuals in this role are highly technical and have experience serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders throughout a software migration. Migration Solutions Consultants can easily shift gears from outlining detailed technical topics to high-level migration strategy. They use their technical skillset to translate customer needs and pain points into actionable data around software solutions.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • Partner with customers to understand their business workflows and pain points within their existing software, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Qualify customer needs against our software offerings and identify opportunities to better delight our customers in collaboration with our cross-functional Specialty teams
  • Analyze customers' data and workflows and use them to build gap analyses with current software offerings
  • Validate business needs and technical requirements against existing and planned software capabilities
  • Use technical acumen and customer-facing skills to effectively represent Therapy Brands throughout the customer migration experience
  • Create and deliver data findings to cross-functional leaders based on customer needs and pain points
  • Serve as a contact point for customers throughout their migration experience, as needed

    • Experience working in a SaaS environment required
    • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Professional Services, Success, Customer Care) required
    • 5+ years of experience as a product or business analyst (or similarly technical role) required
    • Strong understanding of agile methodology and PDLC concepts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate across functional teams
    • Ability to work independently and balance multiple competing priorities
    • Ability to foster and develop ongoing cross-functional partnerships
    • Strong understanding of, and empathy towards, the complex (and sometimes challenging) nature of organizational change experienced as part of a migration
    • Ability to act with urgency to the needs of the customer and keep them at the center of the work, both day-to-day and throughout strategic planning
    • Ability to translate data and decisions between internal and external stakeholders, sharing information in a meaningful way that reflects the technical expertise of the audience
