It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you. About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Workplace Product Manager to help us achieve our digital workplace vision. The product manager will be part of the Intranet & Digital Experience team for the Wealth & Investment Management business and focus on product management and workplace consulting. This leader will inspire business partners to best leverage digital workplace products and improve the way we get work done at Wells Fargo.In this role, you will:

  • Understand the needs and goals of our employees and businesses
  • Document product strategies that contribute to the overall digital workplace strategy
  • Perform digital product management, implementation and support using agile methodologies
  • Conduct user research, discovery and analysis to map use cases to solutions
  • Define success measurements, KPIs and reporting models
  • Consult on site and solution builds that require complex product features
  • Provide guidance on digital experiences, design and usability
  • Develop storytelling presentations and business cases for digital workplace consulting
  • Lead and contribute to complex projects, initiatives and/or digital implementations
  • Provide subject matter expertise and deep knowledge of industry trends on various aspects of information sharing, collaboration, workflows, and web-based appsRequired Qualifications, US:
    • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
      • Experience documenting strategies and roadmaps
      • Ability to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations.
      • Strong analytical skills and ability to build business cases
      • Ability to identify trends and recommend product enhancements
      • Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final product.
      • Ability to analyze business requirements and transform those requirements into business rules
      • Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
      • Experience with user research, user experience and digital usability design
      • Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery
      • Experience building and managing sites and workspaces using Microsoft Office 365
      • 4+ years of SharePoint experience
