SummaryGordini USA Inc. has opened a new distribution facility. We are a distributor of gloves, mittens, socks, goggles, face protection and accessories. We are a growing company looking for a good addition to join our team. We are seeking a highly organized, motivated individual to fill a full-time shipping specialist position. You will work directly with our Director of Operations to ensure timely processing of shipments.Responsibilities

• Schedules pickup, delivery and distribution of products.
• Use of UPS, FedEx and Endicia to create shipping labels.
• Ensure pack slips are properly included with all shipments.
• Provides shipping instructions and routing information; confirms and coordinates delivery times and locations.
• Keep the shipping areas clean and organized
  
  Required Qualifications
  • Well organized
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a variety of shipping methods.
  • Highly detail oriented with a passion for accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of truck shipping FedEx and UPS
  • Solid communication and computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum of two (2) years shipping and receiving experience.We have a mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination policy. All employees must be fully vaccinated, including booster vaccinations, if eligible.
