Job Description:
Business Development Manager of Interior Furnishings,
Full-Time
Position Summary:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) of interior furnishing
sales, you will drive company growth and market share in the Eau
Claire, Wisconsin region by maintaining and growing existing client
relationships and cultivating new ones. BDMs work closely with
TSG's furniture support functions (design, project management,
furniture installers, etc.) to facilitate planning, communication,
and collaborative execution on each project to ensure client
satisfaction is achieved. Your focus includes providing interior
furnishing solutions for clients in corporate environments, higher
education, state and local government, architecture and design, and
healthcare settings.
A successful BDM will have experience and knowledge of sales,
interiors, design, and an innate ability to present creative
solutions with a confident mindset to clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business or marketing or related field
desired.
2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design or
commercial construction industry.
Must have the ability and desire to be a successful sales
professional.
This position is primarily remote, home base in Eau Claire,
Wisconsin with visits to the TSG Wausau office as scheduled
(usually on Tuesdays).
Ability to travel sales territory.

Compensation for this position is competitive and current to
market. Compensation structure is a base salary + commission
opportunity.
