Job Description
BRIEF STATEMENT OF THE PURPOSE OF THIS POSITIONThe Manager, Sales
Enablement for RCM Solutions is primarily responsible for
supporting RCM Sales for various RCM opportunities, analyzing
existing RCM performance from customers that utilize our practice
management system (PMS) base, and creating ROI (return on
investment) model for selling RCM services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Serve as the subject matter expert on RCM on behalf of the
sales and marketing organization
- Participate in sales opportunities to support the consultative
sale of Therapy Brands' suite of products including billing & RCM
services
- Develop and deliver an ROI (return on investment) presentation
to customers & prospects, by gathering key performance data during
the sales process, analyzing the data and creating a value
proposition to sell RCM Services
- Positively represent Therapy Brands by promoting available
products and services and collaborate with other Therapy Brands
sales and account management personnel to strategize on shared
accounts and markets, leverage relationships with a "consultative"
sales approach to customers
- Assist in hand-off to implementation team after the close of
enterprise-level billing and RCM sales
- Work collaboratively with the RCM operations team to develop
and deliver training on billing & RCM services to the sales and
marketing team
- Provide expertise to develop content - both sales and marketing
material - to position our billing & RCM services to the
marketplace
- Create professional, dynamic presentations to up-level the
sales organization
- Assist in developing a cohesive story to support the education
of our audience throughout the buyer journey - including scripting,
content copy, webinar content, and positioning statements for the
marketing & sales team
- Maintain industry and RCM Services knowledge, adapting to
changes in the market/competition, participation in
regional/national meeting forums and organizations to assist in
sales efforts.
- Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hosting in-person and web-based meetings
- Participation in professional tradeshows and presentations
- Assisting sales and operations with finance modeling for new
deals

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management within a healthcare
setting including the fundamentals of the revenue cycle:
- EDI (electronic data interchange), and ERA (electronic
remittance advice) enrollment process
- Claims submission on behalf of clients
- Rebilling services of claims rejected/denied
- Follow-up process of claims
- ERA and cash posting services
- Credentialing services
- Benefit and authorization assistance
- Full and partial revenue cycle outsourcing
- Denials management
- Underpayment analysis
- Technology enabled self-pay services
- Strong, modernized computer-oriented work capabilities,
detail-oriented analytical instincts, and polished presentation
skills to any size audience with an emphasis on the use of
Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) and Salesforce.com. Comfortable promoting billing and RCM
services as a primary element, to optimize the Therapy Brands value
proposition.
- Collaborative, inclusive style with internal teams - RCM
operations, finance, marketing, legal, and IT departments within
Therapy Brands. Demonstrate highly tuned consultative sales
approach and account management strategies.
- Target candidate must have a consulting background to include
the following skills:
- Organization skills
- Project management skills
- Facilitation skills (facilitate meetings, and reviews of
customer's revenue cycle performance)
- Analytical skills (analyze the RCM KPIs and benchmark against
leading practice)
- Presentation skills (ability to draft and create presentations
to deliver with RCM Sales Executives)
- Communication skills (excellent communicator and familiarity
with healthcare and IT standards as well as RCM
workflow/processes
- Strategic thinking, problem solving and synthesis skills
- Experience leading conversations with executives
