It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity:The Business Identity and Consumer Products Business Unit relies heavily on technology to market and sell our products. Our customers rely on our technology to grow their business by leveraging our E-commerce solutions to sell print and gain access to our manufacturing capabilities.As the Web Content Manager, you will leverage your E-commerce expertise and understanding of the market to develop and execute on a strategic vision to drive new sales growth and add value to our customer relationships. You will align your team to this clear and strategic vision to encompass product implementation, product release, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, site design, and strategic growth strategies while acting as the technology product owner for our B2B and B2C E-commerce solutions.Responsibilities Include:


  • Research and monitor market needs, industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop a strategic vision for the B2B and B2C E-Commerce solutions for which you'll act as the technology product owner.
  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify platform enhancements and define requirements and conduct business analysis to guide the creation of backlog items to advance the technology solution.
  • Oversee product development and release roadmap, incorporating feedback and engagement from a cross-functional team to align with business needs and sales strategies.
  • Manage technical product roadmaps to communicate and forecast project progress to stakeholders, articulating updates containing critical success metrics.
  • Plan and execute regular product training and presentations for customer service, market teams and stakeholders.
  • Align and coordinate operational and marketing efforts to grow sales and improve customer experience.
  • Act persuasively to define a vision for the technology and socialize ideas, build alignment and achieve consensus.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute effective strategies to implement them.
  • Facilitate resource management needs and resource assignment deliver accurate and timely results on client deadlines within a fast-paced environment.


    You Must Have:

    • High school education or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
    • Leadership experience preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (intermediate to expert level).
    • Strong computer and web skills with an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
    • Possess strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet regular deadlines.
    • A high degree of energy, initiative and self-motivation.
