        • Annual all staff celebrations/parties This is where you come in…Your ImpactServing as CRG's Kitchen Manager your main responsibility will be to assist with the oversight of CRG's commissary kitchen. You will be part of a dynamic team with CRG's Executive Chef and Culinary Director. Together, as a team, you will bolster commissary food production for all CRG storefront locations; as well as CRG's catering and delivery programs. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising commissary kitchen staff and training the team on important operations protocol. Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:1) Operations: Oversee safety and sanitation standards for CRG's commissary kitchen. Run consistency and quality control for all CRG commissary food. Manage food and labor costs. Assist in executing kitchen orders. Predict kitchen needs based on storefront, catering, and delivery demand. Implement protocols for recipe creation and eliminating food waste. 2) Distribution: Oversee distribution including inventory, transportation, and maintenance and ordering systems to ensure seamless delivery of CRG food products to multiple storefront locations.3) Delivery & Catering Programs: Ensure all catering and delivery orders are executed properly and in a timely manner. Uphold cross-functional communications between back of the house, delivery staff, catering staff, and management.4) Leadership: Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Culinary Director, and other members of the executive team to ensure seamless operations of the CRG commissary kitchen and that CRG commissary kitchen operational goals are met. Assist in the training and supervision of all CRG commissary staff; create and distribute weekly commissary kitchen schedules; attend leadership meetings. What You'll Bring
