Vaxxinova US is extending its commercial organization and is
seeking an experienced individual to join the team as a Key Account
Manager- Cattle (Dairy Northeast US Region). About the roleThe Key
Account Manager- Cattle (Dairy Northeast US Region) will be a
field-based position, reporting to the Director of Cattle Sales &
Distribution. This role is responsible for Front Line Business and
Account management with Key Cattle Accounts. The role will apply a
Key Account Management approach to cultivate networks and
relationships with Veterinarians, Key Producers, and Distribution.
to leverage Vaxxinova's resources to drive sales growth. The role
will represent Vaxxinova at key industry events, meetings and with
Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's).This position requires availability to
travel about 70% of business time.Main responsibilities: Leverage
resources, build relationships & networks to identify opportunities
for customers, deliver and drive sales results.Identify emerging
needs and trends for Key Accounts, Vaxxinova and the industry,
communicating these needs to the broader Vaxxinova team.Develop &
execute account plans (looking 12-18 months out), including sales
forecasting, and supporting customers thru field visits.Lead
account teams that create and capture the most value for Vaxxinova
and for customers. Work across company functions to bring maximum
value & a good customer experience for Key Accounts.Represent
Vaxxinova at key industry & customer meetings and work to influence
KOL's to demonstrate Vaxxinova's emerging leadership in the vaccine
space.Qualifications and Capabilities: Must be customer focused;
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills to
effectively work with and interact with complex customer
operationsExcellent presentation skills with ability to effectively
present information to various audiencesA deep understanding of the
dairy industry, the key players, and technical needs is a
plusAbility to work within a structured, fast paced environment,
delivering personalized serviceProficient in Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel)Representing our entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on
mentality. Must be a team player.Five (5) plus years' experience in
the Animal Health sales- Cattle/Dairy is an advantageBachelor's
