Human Resource Manager

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Human Resource Manager who thrives working with details relating to the technical side of HR duties? Do you excel at drafting policies and conducting research to create a synopsis to be relayed to field employees? In this position, you will work both independently and collaboratively to manage HR projects as a way to support HR Directors and senior living site leaders. We seek a savvy, Human Resource Manager with strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in healthcare will greatly benefit you in this role as you work with the HR team and report to the Chief Human Resource Officer.

HR Manager Job Duties:
Research, update, and draft policies and application of them related to application of employment law.
Support Cassia's safety/risk management initiatives.
Complete Affirmative Action reports.
Perform and report on personnel file audits both digital and paper.
Assist to complete pre-employment interviews as needed.
Serve as primary resource to HR Directors to assist on special projects.
Build out special recognition programs.
Be a resource for mid-level FMLA questions.
Be the point-person for communication with background check organizations.
Train new HR Directors and site leaders on how to on-board and orient new employees (re: paperwork, policies, procedures, file maintenance).
Stay abreast of changes pertaining to employment regulations and create communication for Cassia employees.
Collaborate with HR Directors to learn processes and expectations.

Job Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in HR Management.
Strong computer and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
College degree in Human Resources or related experience in the field.
Ability to prioritize manages and directs workflow and tasks.
