Job Description:

We have an opportunity at our Buick GMC dealership for a highly skilled and proven service manager that creates growth for the service department by putting people, development, and customer service first. We're located right off of 494 and American Blvd: Great Brand. Great Location. Great Opportunity. What You'll Do: * Partner with your General Manager to lead, motivate, and develop the team of technicians and advisors * Responsible for meeting regional CSI and increasing department profitability * Maintain staff's training to the manufacturer, Walser, and ASE standards * Monitor and manage technician productivity and efficiency * Partner with parts and sales departments to make sure parts department and sales customers are supported and being supported by the service department * Ensure warranty compliance and timely submission of all claims with appropriate approvals * Manage warranty and service contract schedules * Manage employee's schedules, PTO requests, and match to customer schedules for business demand * Report on productivity, discounts, ELR, hours/RO, vehicles serviced, etc daily, weekly and monthly. * Lead your team by example What We're Looking For: * Must have 5+ years' relatable experience in Service Department * Excellent phone and computer skills * Customer service mentality and professional demeanor * Prior supervisory or management experience * ADP experience strongly preferred What You'll Get in Return: * Full benefits package including; * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401K / Match * Paid Parental Leave * Progressive PTO Package * The opportunity to volunteer through the Walser Foundation * Top rated service department designed to deliver the best customer and employee experience * Support and leadership from the best in the business Who We Are: With over 60 years of service, Walser Automotive Group is a pioneer in the automotive industry.
