General Information Job Title: Location: 1805 N 2nd Street Rogers, AR, 72756 United States Employee Type: Full Time 12 Years Required Degree: 4 Year Degree Manage Others: Yes Contact information Name: Email: SEC@teamofchoice.com Description Duties and Responsibilities-- -- Lead the Architectural department to meet client and corporate goals. -- Develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect customer contact. -- Oversee and facilitate communication amongst client teams within department and amongst outside clients . -- Provide the Department with the vision and leadership to carry out its mission including reaching profitability goals. -- Work with Accounting to oversee program performance and analyze program data for the Department. -- Analyze operations, guidelines, standards, processes, and procedures and develop strategies and implement plans to sustain a Quality culture and streamline and improve efficiencies in all programs to meet strategic goals. -- Develop and oversee forecasts, revenue/workload projections, and maintain utilization goals for assigned programs. -- Participate in the creation/fulfillment of the Strategic Plan for the company. -- Prioritize and implement program goals and objectives in alignment with Strategic Plan. -- Responsible for creating and maintaining succession plans within assigned programs. -- Perform on-going Client Relationship Management in coordination with Program Managers. -- Perform marketing tasks as needed in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop/broaden Client base for programs in alignment with the Strategic Plan. -- Act as a liaison between Senior management and Staff. -- Work with Accounting to oversee program performance and analyze program data for their assigned programs. -- Collaborate with Program Managers to determine Staffing requirements to meet production needs. -- Provide on-going feedback to stakeholders including Staff, Clients, Vendors. -- Conduct regular meetings. -- Enforce company policies/procedures. -- Oversee establishment and monitoring of Program budgets, goals, and efficiencies. -- Develop and implement process flow analysis based upon best practices within program teams to sustain a Quality culture, improve team efficiency, increase profitability, and sharing of best practices. -- Delegate assignments to members of the program as required. -- Oversee assignments of various teams and programs. -- Identify and mitigate potential risks/issues during project life cycle within specific programs. -- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. -- Maintain positive working relationship with team members. -- Oversee the management/coordination of agreements, proposals and other contracts with Client(s). -- Oversee the establishment, revision and maintenance of necessary documentation for teams or programs including but not limited to contracts and performance documentation. -- Oversee development of various tools for program to create/maintain efficiencies. Requirements Minimum-- Must have one of the following:-- -- 2 year degree in Business, Communications, Architecture or related field and 10 years of work experience in A/E field. -- Bachelor's degree (BA, BSA, BSEE, BSME) from an accredited college or university and 8 years ofwork experience in A/E field. -- 12 years of applicable work experience in the A/E field. Must have all of the following: -- 4 years of Project Management or Supervisory experience including previous program management skills including experience with prioritization, organization and planning, and demonstrated success producing high-quality deliverable on time and within budget required. -- Thorough knowledge of required codes for this position (such as the ICC Building Code, Accessibility Code). -- Preferred-- -- Licensed Architecture in good standing. -- Applicable work experience using BIM software for Architecture design such as: AutoCAD and/or REVIT Architecture -- Specialized Certification in Architectural related systems. Summary Individual with exceptional leadership skills responsible for the operations of the Architectural Department including but not limited to strategic goals, revenue growth, departmental effectiveness.This position is responsible for the development, performance, and success of our Architectural Staff, projects, and program teams.
