And, of course, to be themselves. * The Position: We're looking for a Director of Trade Shows & Events.* We offer flexibility * We offer a diverse work environment * Futureproof your career with a job in information security How You Will Make An Impact* Lead a team to build and deliver an exceptional experience at corporate events, partner conferences, virtual & physical tradeshows, and seminars. * Partner with cross functional teams to design and develop event content, messaging, and to source speakers. * Apply analytics and insights to better understand attendees, their behaviors & interests, and improve engagement, driving the continual optimization of future events, strategies, and plans, especially on delivering events digitally. * Leveraging all appropriate communication channels (digital, social, sales contacts, and via channel partners) to promote and drive engagement for the key events with a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy. Qualifications* Ten plus years of experience in event management with leading physical and virtual tradeshows, conferences in business-to-business environments. Hands-on corporate event planning and logistics experience, ideally within the technology industry * Five plus years in leadership and people management roles * Management of event communications to multiple complex stakeholder groups at a local, regional, national and international scale * Management of projects, budgets and resource allocation to support success and efficiency The Location: This position is based in our Shakopee, MN office.
