Description of the Role: As a KIA Technician at Jeff Belzer Auto
Group - Lakeville, you will be responsible for diagnosing and
repairing various automotive systems, ensuring they meet
manufacturer specifications. You will also provide labor and time
estimates for additional repairs, perform maintenance and light
repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a
dynamic role that requires a team-oriented, flexible, and
customer-focused individual. Benefits: Guaranteed hourly wage of
$33/hour, plus above union incentive scale. 40-hour week with no

company!). Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive
systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering,
suspension, brakes, AC, etc., to manufacturer specification.
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
Perform maintenance and light repairs. Ensure a prominent level of
customer service and maintain a team-oriented approach. Conduct
fluid changes. Requirements: Master and Journeyman Technician:
*Min. 3 years' experience preferred Level 2 & 3 Certifications are
a plus, but not required: *Min. 3 years' experience preferred
Post-secondary education in automotive repair preferred Positive
attitude and enthusiastic individual with "Team Player" mentality
High energy and self-motivated individual with the drive to succeed
Strong interpersonal communication skills Must be able to multitask
while still completing day to day responsibilities Proven work
ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency 3 years of
relevant experience (Preferred) Hold a valid Driver's License
(Required) ASE Certification (Preferred) About the Company: Jeff
