Job Description Job Description About the Role: As a HVAC
Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation,
maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be
responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems. About Us:

Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of
residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and
ventilation equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective
solutions. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential
problems after they escalate. Install, repair, or replace
components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats,
filters, and ductwork. Collaborate with team members to coordinate
work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete
assignments. Communicate with customers in a professional and
courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair
options, and providing recommendations for system improvements.
Accurately document service activities, including equipment status,
repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Stay
updated on industry advancements, best practices, and emerging
technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and
knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or
similar role. Competency Cards Preferred but not required Strong
technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing
residential HVAC systems. Solid knowledge of HVAC codes,
regulations, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and
troubleshooting abilities. Exceptional customer service and
communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently
manage time and workload. Physical stamina and the ability to work
in various weather conditions and confined spaces. Valid driver's
license with a clean driving record. Interpersonal Qualifications:
