As an Automation Maintenance Technician , you’ll be a key player in keeping our cutting-edge equipment running at peak performance while helping shape how maintenance is done in a brand-new plant. Keep people and equipment safe by following all safety and environmental standards Jump into hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventive maintenance to keep downtime low and productivity high Log your work accurately in our CMMS Help build and maintain a reliable spare parts inventory Support exciting startup and improvement projects as we launch the new facility Level up your skills through ongoing training and certifications What will make you a successful candidate? 2-year technical degree preferred (Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls) — or equivalent real-world experience 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with PLCs and VFDs , especially Allen-Bradley systems Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook What do we have to offer? $36.00-42.00 per hour DOE 5% quarterly bonus potential A positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture Flexible scheduling Paid training plus educational assistance 401(k) with company match 15 days PTO / ESST Paid holidays Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is an industry-leading manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies, supplying the commercial aerospace, military and industrial markets with small-to-large “function critical” products.
