Job Description Job Description 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Monday- Thursday Mechanical Assembly & Integration Technician – Support the integration and mechanical assembly of Beckman Coulter diagnostic equipment used in hospitals nationwide. You’ll work hands?on with precision tools to assemble sub?assemblies into chassis, following detailed SOPs with 100 steps. This work involves intricate wiring and small?part connections—requiring strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, and consistent accuracy. You’ll also align, calibrate, and test system functionality, maintain clear records, complete work orders, and follow GMP and safety standards. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, manage priorities, communicate effectively, and contribute to a collaborative, high?performing team. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months-1 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA, ISO). Strong hand dexterity and ability to handle small parts with precision. Proficiency with Microsoft applications; experience with hand tools preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety. Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. as well as standing, bending, and reaching for prolonged periods in a manufacturing environment. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $21.70/hr.
