Job Description Job Description Mechanical Assembly & Integrator Beckman Coulter – Chaska, MN Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM Pay: $21.70/hour About the Role Join Beckman Coulter’s manufacturing team and help build the advanced diagnostic instruments used in hospitals across the country. As a Mechanical Assembly & Integrator, you’ll work hands?on with mechanical components, wiring, and precision tools to assemble and integrate complex medical devices in a clean, climate?controlled environment. What You’ll Do Assemble and integrate mechanical components using hand and power tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pliers, drills, wire strippers). Follow detailed SOPs and work instructions to ensure accurate, high?quality builds. Perform intricate wiring and cable routing requiring strong hand dexterity. Align, calibrate, and test assemblies throughout the build process. Maintain accurate documentation and complete work orders. Adhere to GMP standards and contribute to a safe, high-performing team environment. What You Need High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months–1 year of mechanical, electrical, or assembly experience (regulated industry preferred). Ability to read schematics and use hand/power tools. Strong attention to detail, problem?solving skills, and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Experience with Microsoft applications. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.70/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
