Job Description Job Description Salary: Hourly DOE Swiderski Equipment, one of Wisconsins premier and long- establishedagriculture and constructionequipment dealerships, is seeking a full-time Service Technician. We are interested in enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our team. Our service technicians work on a variety of tasks from diagnostics & repair, to installation & set-up of tractors, implements and construction equipment, both customer-owned and dealer-owned inventory. Prior experience with mechanical, hydraulic or electrical systems is helpful, but not required. If you enjoy mechanical tasks, building or rebuilding projects or just working with your hands and being busy, we want to talk to you! What Youll Do Perform diagnostics and repairs on agriculture and construction equipment in keeping with recommended procedures and specified standards. Work may be performed at customers sites, as required. Provide outstanding customer service Day to day responsibilities could vary with new responsibilities introduced often and will require someone who is organized and able to complete long-term projects while simultaneously solving day to day problems. Complete work in a safe, professional and timely manner What It Takes Excellent mechanical and technical aptitude Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Keen attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of standard desktop computer applications Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends Ability to travel to trainings and meetings, as needed Have and maintain a clean driving record Must provide your own hand tools *Technical diploma or degree is preferred. Prior experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment service is highly desired. Ag background is also a plus.
