Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring a Product Engineer with a well-known industry leader in Maplewood, MN. .

As a Product Engineer you will:
Do New Product Design and Sourcing
Modify product components to fit international infrastructure requirements.
Update documentation and BOM for product changes.
Implement minor changes to product components based on feedback or sourcing changes.:
Learn and adhere to regulatory requirements for components.
Rewrite and update installation instructions and related documents.
Update CAD drawings to reflect changes.

This is a first shift position.

Estimated Duration up to 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have:
BS Degree preferred and entry level experience.
Mechanical Design Background: Strong foundation in mechanical design principles. 3-5 years of experience preferred
CAD Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
Basic Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of basic electrical components

Pay Rate: $53.43 per hour
