Job Description:

We're hiring a Help Desk Engineer for a growing Managed Service Provider in St. Cloud, Minnesota.The ideal candidate will be tasked with the triage of Tier I and Tier II Help Desk Tickets. You will occasionally travel to customer sites in the area and configure Routers & Switches and firewalls.(This is a permanemt position, and is not available via C2C)Responsibilities

Break/Fix/Troubleshoot - Network Hardware and Software
Travel to customer sites in the area to provide technical support
Support & Management of Network & Systems InfrastructuresRequired Skills
- Microsoft/Windows Server Experience
- Ticketing Systems Experience
