Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Process
Technican in Eau Claire. This is a temporary to hire opportunity.
The Process Technician is responsible to assist in resolving day to
day technical issues on the production floor. If you meet the

Responsibilities for this Process Technician job include:
o Mentor and train production operators in proper equipment
operation and assembly techniques.
o Develop new product processes focused on achieving the highest
manufacturing yield.
o Recommend process improvements, tools, jigs, and fixtures as
needed.
o Lead process parameter development and validation activities.
o Lead development of equipment set-up, operation, and
troubleshooting.
