We are headquartered in Minnesota, with locations in Arizona and Ohio.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and improves manufacturing processes by studying requirements for each production process and product at hand and determining the most efficient operations based on these requirements. Design manufacturing machines and equipment.

• As a project leader, develop a complete project plan including resources, costs, benefits, and schedule; assume full responsibility for all aspects of the project to ensure it meets goals and schedule; communicate project status to stake holders as appropriate; and follow up to ensure project results are sustained.
• Use lean tools, communication skills and leadership abilities, lead and facilitate kaizen activities encouraging cross-functional groups to participate and meet common goals.
• Contribute to the development of the annual business plan based on value stream maps, the annual business metric deployment and management system assessment to drive waste reduction while improving employee safety.
• Lead and support capital expenditure requests and implementations using basic cost justification and business management principles.
• Develop complex, multi-part, and/or tightly toleranced fixture design, development, build/guide the fixture build, testing and deployment.
• Work with operators, team leaders and operations managers, to optimize process center layouts and designs incorporating material flow and line balancing.
• FMEA leader for basic processes, participant for complex/advanced processes.
• Support manufacturing lines in terms of process control, technical questions, and problem solving.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management. Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment with Solid Works, Fusion, AutoCAD, MS Office, MRP, PLM etc.
  • Lean experience with RCCM, MDI, kaizen, Standard Work, 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, and/or CCF processes
