Job Responsibilities: Apple Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an immediate opening for a full-time Chrysler Level 3 Technician. The Technician role will accurately diagnose and efficiently perform service repairs per the repair order. All technicians are expected to both maintain and communicate all work performed, as well as coordinate tool use while properly examining the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.

• 
  
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  Qualifications
  • 
    
  • Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 Chrysler certified REQUIRED
    
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a transmission technician
    
  • ASE certifications preferred
    
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
    
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
    
  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
