Job Details:Federated Insurance is looking for a talented Information Security Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team. The successful candidate will bring a strong passion for information security and use prior experience, insights, and knowledge to help contribute to Federated's Information Security objectives.This is an in-office position that will work from our office in Owatonna, MN. A work from home option is not available.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and implement enterprise IAM tools including Active Directory, privileged access management, identity governance, cloud identity, role-based access control models, and automationsIdentify, evaluate, recommend, implement, and configure routine and complex information security controls across the organization that meets industry standards, regulations and laws while protecting Federated's data.Advise and assist other Information Services personnel to implement appropriate levels of information security controls to support business objectives.Qualifications:Four-year degree with a preferred major in information security, computer science, information technology, or related fields; or equivalent work experienceCompletion of CISSP certification and/or other industry leading certifications preferredExperience building sustainable, scalable, and efficient security tools and automation using industry standard scripting languages and best practicesWorking knowledge of public cloud-based technologiesUnderstanding of IAM functions and identity lifecycle managementExperience supporting Active Directory, Azure AD, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management preferredAn unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel informationLift a minimum of 25 poundsAbout Us:At Federated Insurance, we do life-changing work, focused on our clients' success.
