About our team: The WIMT Core Engineering Data and
Transformation (CEDT) Team develops and engineer's horizontal
capabilities including core WIM APIs, Shared Data Stores, and cross
product technologies. It has approximately 170 engineers globally
between the US and India. Our main development centers in the US
are in New York/New Jersey, Charlotte (NC), Minneapolis (MN) and
St. Louis (MO). You should expect to spend three days a week
collaborating with your team in the office on a flexible schedule.
Our engineers are a mixture of full stack, front end and back-end
service experts, who take advantage of the firm's commitment to
ongoing professional development through a wide range of resources.
We have a separate first line support team that allows engineers to
focus on their objectives. Our strong partnership with our business
and co-ownership of work through the Agile product operating model
means that there are plenty of opportunities for you to work
directly with our business partners and further your understanding
of the business. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an
experienced Engineer and Quality Assurance expert to fill our Lead
Software Development, Engineering, & Testing (SDET) position within
our WIM Core Engineering Data and Transformation product space. In
this role, expect to develop automated testing scripts, plans and
strategies that enable the team to deliver business value faster
and in a safe way. You will design solutions for medium to complex
business processes and implement rigorous testing to ensure
compliance and customer satisfaction while coaching and leading
other SDETs and engineers across our delivery teams. You will serve
as the subject matter expert - responsible for leading end to end
testing activities and developing Continuous Integration/Continuous
Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to raise the bar on testing standards.

- Be accountable for the quality of the product group
applications and key deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality and increase
efficiencies
- Drive Engineering Quality Modernization for the Product
Group
- Act as a Player/coach to lead a group of SDET/engineers and
drive quality accountability within agile teams.
- Provide automated test scripts code reviews.
- Be involved in Architecture /design to build testable
software.
- Work with technology, DevSecOps, and product stakeholders to
implement key initiatives.
- Represent the product group on broader initiatives.
- Maintain product area regression test plan documents.
- Oversee the execution of regression test plans prior to
production release.
- Monitor methodology, quality scorecards, and reporting.
- Streamline testing process that includes Lower environment and
Data readiness
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management
requirements are met. Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or
equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the
following: work experience, training, military experience,
education
- 2+ years with one or more software development languages: Java,
JavaScript, Python, JSON, Angular, NodeJS
- Experience with one or more Testing Frameworks: Selenium,
JMeter, Blazemeter, Performance Center, Perfecto, Cucumber,
Gherkin, ALM, Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, Simian Army,
Toxi Proxy
- 2+ year of financial industry experience
- 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience
- 3+ years in a Technical Leadership Role Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies: AWS, PCF, PKS,
Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Azure, Windows, VMware
- 2+ years of experience in Automation and Continuous
Integration-Continuous Development (CI-CD) of Full Circle
applications
- 2+ years of experience working and implementing Service
Virtualization solution using both home grown and vendor
technologies: CA Lisa (DevTest), ReadyApi, Micro Focus Serv Virt,
Soap UI
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and
Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill
