--- Responsibilities:

• Manage full certification process
  
• Understand/read/review construction drawings, specifications, and construction submittals
  
• Conduct certification reviews and project documentation
  
• Provide technical guidance to team
  
• Complete certification credit forms and supporting documentation
  
• Assist with teaching/mentoring certification compliance processes
  
• Work on multiple sustainability projects at the same time as working in primary area of responsibility
  Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (including architecture landscape/interior design), Engineering (mechanical/civil/structural), or Environmental Science (ecology/biology/environmental management)
    
  • 5+ years of experience
    
  • LEED AP certification with expertise in BD+C, ID+C, or O+M preferred
    
  • WELL AP certification
    
  • Experience working within the current versions of LEED-NC, LEED-HC, LEED-CI and/or LEED-EB v4
    
  • Experience managing LEED, WELL, Living building and/or other sustainable system certification processes (preferably LEED v4)
    
  • Working knowledge of building science principles
    
  • Experience with Revit, Bluebeam and Excel
