Job Description:
Qualifications/Experience: Prefer experience working with
intermediate-aged children. Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: Desire to work with children as
part of an educational community. Excellent observation skills,
excellent communication skills, safety awareness, positive
attitude, team work, flexibility, patience, and ability to take
direction yet show initiative. Ability to work with students and
adults as a crossing guard. Exemplifies the following Five
Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self
discipline and honesty. Specific Tasks: Crossing guard at arrival
and/or departure times each student day. Assist students, maintain
order, and maintain safety. Hours Per Day: 1.0 hour/day As per
agreement
