Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
seeks a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide
specialized services in an elementary school setting. The role
offers a contract assignment covering the remainder of the current
school year through June 4, 2026, with full coverage for the first
semester of the following academic year. Location: Cottage Grove,
MN (onsite) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Responsibilities: Deliver
speech-language therapy to an elementary mixed population Manage a
caseload of approximately 28 students with active case management
duties Serve up to 47 students in total across speech-language
services Collaborate with educational staff and families to support
student progress Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
with regulatory and school standards Qualifications: Master's
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure as a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred and beneficial for the role Experience
working within school settings with elementary-aged children Strong
communication and organizational skills This contract opportunity

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.72 to $58.72.
