Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A School
Psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in
Cottage Grove, MN. This contract role offers the opportunity to
work extensively with elementary and middle school students while
supporting their academic, social, and emotional needs. Location:
Willow Lane Elementary Central Middle School Contract Duration:
Start Date: August 31, 2026 End Date: June 4, 2027 Schedule: 37.5
hours per week Caseload: Elementary (K-5th grade): 25-35 students
Middle school (6th-8th grade): 20-30 students Responsibilities:
Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
tailored to students unique needs Provide counseling and behavioral
interventions to support students well-being and academic success
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to foster a
supportive school environment Assist with crisis intervention and
participate in student safety planning to ensure a secure learning
space Qualifications: Must hold a valid Minnesota School
Psychologist license Experience working with a diverse student
population in elementary and middle school settings Strong skills
in counseling, behavioral assessment, and IEP development Ability
to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team This role
