Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
position is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to
provide specialized support within an elementary school setting in
Stillwater, MN. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite
with a diverse student population and manage a full caseload in a
collaborative educational environment. Location: Elementary school
in Stillwater, Minnesota Assignment Details: Current school year
coverage: May 22 June 4, 2026 Next school year coverage: September
4 December 23, 2026 (full coverage for the first semester)
Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling
37.5 hours per week Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech
and language therapy services to approximately 47 students within
an elementary mixed population Manage case files and provide
individualized support for 28 students requiring case management
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
develop and implement effective communication plans tailored to
student needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
in compliance with school policies and state regulations
Qualifications & Experience: Masters Degree in Speech-Language
Pathology Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred Ability
to manage an active caseload with strong organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage
