Now Hiring: Youth Soccer Coaches (Urgent need for Evenings!) Soccer Shots Twin Cities Serving children ages 28 across Rochester and the surrounding area. Who We Are Soccer Shots Twin Cities is the premier childrens soccer experience, focused on positively impacting kids through the game we love. Our engaging curriculum introduces children to soccer in a fun, age-appropriate way helping them build confidence, teamwork, and character both on and off the field. Whether youre an athlete, teacher, student, or simply love working with kids, well provide all the training you need to succeed. Awards & Recognition 2024 Top Workplace Award Star Tribune 2025 Top 200 Workplace Award Star Tribune What Youll Get $21/hour (paid training at $17/hour) Comprehensive training in leadership, communication, and early childhood education Opportunity for advancement through Tiered Roles: Tier 1 1519 sessions/week (1013 hrs/week) Tier 2 2034 sessions/week (1422 hrs/week) - Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $75/month), health insurance contribution (up to $75/month), 5 PTO days, and CPR certification Tier 3 35 sessions/week (2225 hrs/week) - Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $150/month), health insurance contribution (up to $150/month), 10 PTO days, and CPR certification When We Need You Most Were especially looking for coaches who can work during: Mornings: 8:30 AM 12:00 PM Evenings: 4:00 PM 7:30 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM These are our busiest and most impactful times perfect for part-time workers, college students, teachers, or anyone looking to make a difference while keeping their days flexible! What Youll Need At least 18 years old Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license Prior experience in coaching, youth sports, or early childhood education A positive attitude and passion for teaching kids Consistent weekly availability Where We Coach We operate year-round at childcare centers, recreation centers, parks, schools, and soccer clubs across Rochester and the surrounding areas.
