Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This K-12 special education teaching position in Eden
Prairie, MN offers an engaging opportunity to support high school
students in a structured, supportive learning environment. The role
involves case management and instruction for approximately 12
students in grades 8 through 12, focusing on foundational math and
functional/study skills courses tailored for students with special
education needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage individualized case
files for about 12 students, ensuring compliance and progress
monitoring Teach 9th and 10th grade Foundations of Math classes
specifically designed for special education students Provide
instruction for 11th and 12th grade Foundations of Math SPED
classes Deliver High School Functional/Study Skills classes Offer
High School Math Resource support through push-in and pull-out
methods during general education math classes Qualifications and
Experience: Tier 3 or 4 Special Education license required;
candidates with Tier 1 or 2 licenses may be considered with
significant related experience and strong references Experience
working with middle and high school students in special education
settings preferred Effective classroom management skills and
ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners Strong
organizational and communication skills to handle case management
responsibilities Position Details: Duration: Current School Year
contract (ASAP start through June 5, 2026) Hours: Monday through
Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, 37.5 hours per week Location: Eden
