Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a
skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position
in an early childhood school setting located in Anoka, MN. This
role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language
support to young learners, helping them develop critical
communication skills in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for early
childhood students. Develop and implement individualized therapy
plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress,
and communication with stakeholders. Participate in team meetings
and contribute to the development of school-wide communication
initiatives. Comply with all relevant regulations and ethical
standards in the provision of speech therapy services.
Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
appropriate for school settings. Experience working with early
childhood populations preferred. Strong knowledge of developmental
speech and language disorders. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within an
educational team. Commitment to promoting positive outcomes for
diverse learners. Position Details: Location: Onsite in Anoka, MN.
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Duration: Contract
position from April through the End of School Year (EOSY). Setting:
Early childhood school environment. This opportunity is ideal for
