Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a K-12 school in Eden Prairie, MN, with an assignment running from January 20th to June 4th. This role involves providing speech and language support services to students across grades K through 12 within the North Education Center. The position encompasses a caseload of approximately 30-40 students requiring services primarily in Setting 3 and Setting 4 environments. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language impairments. Deliver effective therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse communication needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with educational standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Qualifications: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience as an SLP in a school setting. Ability to work independently within a single building and manage a caseload efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff. Work Schedule and Details: Full-time contract position, approximately 36.25 hours per week. One building assignment with consistent student caseload. Position duration aligned with the schools calendar to cover the remainder of the school year.
