seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex
technology and low-voltage construction projects from concept
through closeout. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels
in safety leadership, client engagement, constructability reviews,
estimating support, program and change management , and
cross-functional team leadership. As a subject matter expert , you
will oversee and integrate all technology scopes—working closely
with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and general
contractors—to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on
budget, and to the highest quality standards. All responsibilities

Responsibilities – Core Champion and actively support the company’s
safety culture , promoting an injury-free environment through
leadership, mentoring, and accountability. Coordinate all
technology-related design and construction efforts , ensuring
constructability, quality, financial, and technical standards are
met. Participate in pre-construction activities , including RFP
reviews, subcontractor and supplier coordination, and scope
development. Partner with the Pre-Construction team to validate
subcontracting and supply scopes , perform scope leveling, support
contract negotiations, and manage partner relationships. Lead and
review change management , including pricing and change order
approvals with Project Managers reporting into you. Provide
technical expertise in design-assist, installation, and
system/network integration . Develop technology-specific scopes of
work and responsibility matrices tailored to each project. Review
quantity takeoffs, secure vendor and trade partner pricing, and
support accurate budget development and hard-bid proposals . Manage
overall project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and
profitability , with input from Project Managers. Support and
enforce OSHA and union safety standards , partnering with field
leadership to maintain compliance. Lead, coach, and motivate
project teams in alignment with Our Client’s FIT and leadership
values . Drive project delivery to meet financial, quality,
schedule, and performance objectives . Collaborate in companywide
communication and strategy initiatives to support marketing, sales,
and service delivery efforts. Work with General Contractors to
develop and manage master project schedules , integrating
technology milestones and deliverables. Track and report progress
against project milestones, addressing risks and resolving issues
proactively. Oversee coordination and communication across Project
Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, administrative staff,
vendors, and subcontractors . Conduct post-project evaluations to
assess performance against plan and identify continuous improvement
opportunities. Ensure complete and accurate project documentation
and closeout . Additional Responsibilities Manage the technology
consulting process between Our Client, owners, consultants, and
contractors. Identify and support the adoption of emerging
technologies that enhance Our Client’s Smart Building solutions.
Partner with the Sales team to evaluate market trends and apply
innovative solutions to client needs. Maintain professional
expertise through continued education, industry engagement, and
professional organizations. Engage with local municipalities, civic
organizations, and union leadership to support project and
workforce initiatives. Assist in recruiting, training, and
developing talent to support continued growth. Knowledge, Skills &
Abilities Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver
accurate, timely work Excellent verbal, written, and presentation
communication skills Advanced proficiency in MS Office Proven
ability to develop project proposals, pricing, fees, and work plans
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and follow-through
Deep understanding of project lifecycle processes and execution
Ability to collaborate and build trust across internal and external
teams Proven experience managing budgets, driving profitability,
and generating repeat business Ability to build long-term
