You’ll be an essential part of day-to-day operations, ensuring all systems and spaces meet brand standards while supporting guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to in-room maintenance requests and general repair needs Follow daily instructions from the Maintenance Manager regarding maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment upkeep Maintain compliance with brand and safety standards throughout the hotel Inspect and monitor building systems and equipment for proper function and safety Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs Assist in evaluating project feasibility and resource needs Interpret technical manuals and apply facility management techniques Attend staff and safety meetings and support emergency procedures as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, tools, and equipment Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain operational flow Qualifications Previous experience in building or hotel maintenance preferred Aquatic/pool maintenance experience a plus Ability to read and understand technical repair and service manuals Basic math skills and working knowledge of English Strong customer service and communication skills Professional demeanor and appearance
