Description The goal of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Leader for Food Ingredients and Bio Industrial (FIBI) team is to maximize customer retention, create an ease of doing business, and drive profitable growth through our emerging digital route to market via the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This will be accomplished by supporting our Salesforce design efforts while understanding our customer needs, working across the FIBI businesses to capture requirements, and by working collaboratively with IT (Digital Experience Office DXO), the FIBI Marketing teams and business stakeholders. This position will be a key member of FIBI Commercial Excellence and will operate globally throughout the Enterprise to develop and support our Salesforce Marketing Cloud design efforts. The individual chosen will need to anticipate and understand customer and business needs, build internal stakeholder commitment, develop deployment roadmaps, and partner across organizational boundaries to jointly develop, launch, and support an experience that resonates with customers. Principal Accountabilities 35% SFDC Marketing Cloud Integration Design: Recommend and enforce best practices for our Global SFDC ecosystem including Sales and Marketing Cloud and Commerce. Work with our LEAP team to develop, deploy and sustain our requirements for Marketing Cloud to be enabled via LEAP (SFDC) platform throughout the FIBI Enterprise. Maintain scope, requirements, timeline, budgets and communicate effectively with a large and diverse set of stakeholders. Identify and proactively manage risks and issues to deliver work within scope, cost, and quality targets. 20% Product Alignment, Collaboration, and Interconnections: Support the FIBI Salesforce Strategy and recommend future directions based on research and collaboration with customers, business stakeholders, IT, and other digital experts to build on existing plans, develop new plans, and ensure alignment of the overall product. Drive thought leadership by working with and influencing data owners, ERP, Marketing, Commerce and CRM deployment teams to ensure efficiency and interconnectivity between systems. 15% User Experience, Sustainment, and Continuous Improvement: Document application designs and changes within Marketing Cloud to reflect current personas and processes. Ensuring User Stories match desired enhancements and actual deliverables meet business requirements. 15% Measurements and Change Management: Anchor all feature development back to key performance indicators such as customer retention, ease of doing business, cost to serve, and digital channel growth. Continually measure progress towards KPIs through routine score-carding and communication. Identify key stakeholders across the organization and gain alignment in scope, plans, and success criteria. Collaborate with Change Management resources to tie results into overall Commercial Excellence vision and scorecard. 15% Functional System Administration: Ensure User Stories and user requirements match desired enhancements and actual deliverables meet business requirements of the Salesforce ecosystem. Triage assigned business/functions users break/fix issues and determine the appropriate resolution path (training, process, system update, project, etc.) Travel requirements of up to 20% Qualifications Required Skills - Bachelor's degree - Minimum seven years of business experience - Minimum five years ************** experience - Minimum two years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Full competency of MS Excel and/or Access and other SFDC ETL Tools (Data Loader, Informatica, etc.) - Develop custom objects, fields and formulas, custom reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules etc. - Import and Clean Data using different API tools - Ability to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality - Work with users to troubleshoot issues - Lead train the trainer training as needed - Coordinate and participate in testing prior to rollout of enhancements and modifications - Independently manage time, prioritize projects, and manage multiple stakeholders - Think broadly and understand the impact of changes to multi-tenant global environment - Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at multiple levels with different levels of understanding of ************** - Use creativity to find solutions to complex business problems - Change management skills - Understanding of and ability to work in ************** Ecosystem - Attention to detail and ability to do rigorous testing - Self-motivated and self-directed to take action to accomplish goals and keep impacted people informed - Effective communication skills - written and verbal - Ability to take expressed business needs and convert into requirements or Agile stories and utilize creativity to apply the right solution or configuration to achieve desired outcomes - Strong teamwork with a small group to accomplish time sensitive projects - Ability to embrace a diverse work environment and manage conflicting priorities - Ability to influence people and communicate across multiple business levels - Ability to travel up to 20% both domestic and international Preferred Qualifications - Admin Certification 201 - Advanced Admin Certification 211 - Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications - Demonstrated Project management skills - Two years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect - Ability to work early morning/late night hours to accommodate global time zones Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
