Legrand!GENERAL PURPOSEThe Product Marketing Specialist serves a
critical role in supporting the Marketing team in the launches,
promotional programs, and communicationofLegrandAVproducts and
associated technology.The Product Marketing Specialist is a role
that will work with the Marketing team to engage across business
unit segments as well as other divisions todevelop,execute, track,
and measurethe effectiveness of product launches and marketing
programs;and deliverengaging
andcompellingmessages,communication,collateral,and
trainingexplaining the value of our products to customers and sales
teams.DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work cross functionally with Channel Marketing,
ProductManagement,Sales, Product Development, and other Marketing
teams to support the development, planning, execution, tracking and
measurement of the success of product launches and programs for
new, strategic, and refreshed products and solutions.
- Provide support to the Channel Marketing teams during the
development and execution ofproductmarketing initiatives, customer
marketing programs and other marketing efforts.
- Support of marketing projects and initiatives including but not
limited to content management, data governance, packaging,
photography, collateral,and website updatesrelating to product
content development.
- Support in trade and customer related events including
tradeshow, customer line presentations, and other related
activity.
- Assist in product data set-up process for retailer and reseller
partners.
- Manage, perform, and track the expense process to ensure timely
input and payment of vendor invoices.
- Support the development and delivery of compelling content and
value proposition related to our products.
- Represent the organization in various customer-facing calls and
events as needed.
- Initiate and assist with the creation, development, and
implementation of processes and procedures.
- Other assignments or projects assigned by management.
- Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and
confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the
organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting
non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local
laws and regulations, and the Company's policies and
procedures.
- Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively
prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate
in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

Accountability.JOB REQUIREMENTSEssential Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities Required:
- Highly organized and detail oriented with strong project
management skills and the ability to manage multipleshort- and
long-termprojects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
(written, verbal, and presentation) with experience in translating
technical concepts into digestible content for varied
audiences.
- Capable of assimilating and disseminating varied data across
multiple systems and discipline requirements
- Ability to interpret technical standards, specifications,
procedures, drawings, etc.
- Team player who can work well in a cross-functional
environment.
- Highly motivated with strong initiative.
- Thorough knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook including the use of Adobe
Acrobat.Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business or other related
field and minimum of three (3) years' marketing experience; or
combination of relevant education and experience.WORKING
CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job,
the employee will periodically be required to stand for the
majority of the working day at trade shows. As required for trade
show set-up, the employee must be comfortable with the use of
tools, assembling product, and be able to reach above shoulder
level, reach below knee level, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, climb; and
lift, push or pull 25 lbs.
- General office environment
- May require regular ground travel within local metropolitan
area
- Long-distance or air travel as needed - generally not to exceed
10% travel
- Must be available for extended, varied work hours based on
