TITLE: Marketing Automation Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN (2x/week on site)
Compensation Range : $35-$50/hour Depending on Experience

The Marketing Automation Specialist will partner with business stakeholders, marketing strategists, and digital measurement teams to brainstorm, gather requirements, design, develop and implement best-in-class targeted campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As part of a fast-paced, growing marketing organization the ideal candidate will be energetic, a self-starter, and possess a detailed focus that will support the marketing organization.

What You'll Do:

• 
  
• Architect, design and develop end-to-end marketing campaigns with business partners utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  
• 
  oCollaborate with business partners across the organization on campaign requests ensuring each campaign utilzes industry best practices, is measurable, and has relevant KPIs
  
  
• Responsible for Administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform
  
• Build, test and deploy email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing
  
• Partner with agency partner on requirements, development and QA for projects where applicable
  
• Develop and edit email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  
• Create SQL queries in Automation Studio to segment audiences
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, email testing, list segmentation and all other areas of email execution
  
• 
  Assist in answering questions and troubleshooting issues regarding the SFMC and Distributed Marketing product.
  
  
• Optimize performance through A/B testing and segmentation using lists
  
• 
  Implement scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking and distribute post-campaign.
  
  
  Skills / Experience You Will Need:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Four-year degree or relevant experience
    
  • 3+ years experiences with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
    
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
    
  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies and programs.
    
  • Proven dedication to and focus on client service and satisfaction.
    
  • Exceptional project management skills.
    
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to direct, motivate and persuade clients.
    
  • Self-starter who is able to make decisions independently.
    
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently.
    
  • Detailed oriented.
    
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under very tight deadlines.
    
  • Working knowledge of HTML an email design principles
    
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification Preferred
    
  • 2+ years' experience MarketingCloud automations, Data extensions, Journey Builder, Contact builder, audience segmentation, V5 connector, AMPScript, Javascript
    
  • 2+ years' experience building solutions on the SFMC platform: Cloud Pages, Smart Forms, Email Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation studio.
    
  • 2+ years' experience with Salesforce
