These innovations are part of a well-defined roadmap to seize opportunities ahead.--PURPOSE: Direct and lead marketing analysis and research for assigned business units and/or marketing functions.--Develop strategic insights from analysis and research and present findings to senior management and executive team.--Advise and consult with Marketing and enterprise delivery partners on the use of analysis and research to influence decision making. --PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:--Define and execute marketing analytical and research activities for a business unit or marketing management in partnership with team or functional leaders.--Define required outputs from research or analysis from delivery partner's point of view.Define and clearly articulate customer needs, the competitive landscape, enterprise performance and consumer and industry trends relative to key business issues through analysis of complex research results and business and industry information.Combine analysis and research with insights into the industry and company in order to make appropriate recommendations and influence decision making.Proactively recommend research and customer information necessary to support strategic and tactical issues facing the company.Direct efforts of vendors in designing complex research projects and choosing appropriate methodologies and analytical tools.--Evaluate vendor methodology and interpret research results.Analyze, interpret and articulate fact-based information to business leaders and cross functional teams as actionable insights and recommendations.Represent customer needs on project teams and company initiatives. Identify and quantify market opportunities.Manage annual research budget allocated to support information needs of assigned business unit and/or functional area.Self-directed project management proficiency.Wide degree of creative thinking is required.Performs a wide array of self-initiated tasks and projects to best analyze and communicate. marketing analysis and research.Manages both internal projects and external vendor projects and relationships.?CULTURE AND BENEFITS:--Our vision is to make the world a better place by living up to the promise that everyone benefits from their association with Andersen.
