Join a team of individuals who love what they do and are committed to growing a best-in-class visual communication business.POSITION OVERVIEWThe role of Administrative Assistant will be warehouse-based and be managed by the Sales Services Specialist.The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties to support Logistics, Renewals and Finance teams including, but not limited to: order tracking; staging AV equipment for installations; inventory management; business intelligence reporting and analysis.As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of warehouse-related activities and services. Responsibilities also include advising the Sales Service Specialist on warehouse-related equipment purchases; addressing AV technician, Project Management Office (project management) and customer inquiries/concerns and responding as appropriate. Responsible for overseeing warehouse conditions in the establishment, and compliance with accepted safety standards and applicable laws.In general, relieve supervisor of administrative tasks and deliverables where applicable. Help maintain confidential records.REQUIREMENTSPosition requires independent judgment, discretion and tact.Works under minimal supervision, using initiative and judgmentExcellent organization, communication and attention-to-detail skillsWorking knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft applications (specifically, MSExel)Ability to learn and "pick up" - sales, operational and financial tools/databasesMature attitude and ability to multitask.Office/Warehouse-based 5 days per week.Complete 90-day probation period and evaluation periodMAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Administrative SupportOrder tracking, auditing order information and communicating order statusReceiving, staging and shipping AV equipment for installationsManaging warehouse / order inventoryRun -and analyze applicable reports and compile summarized data for manager's reviewCreate Sales renewals opportunities in Salesforce and or NetsuiteManagement of service contracts within AutotaskProvide holiday cover and backup to sales Services SpecialistBack up office receptionist, providing visitors with necessary assistance and direction.Shipping managementAsset Management -work with IT manager to ensure office assets are kept up-to-date and recorded.Other duties as applicableKEY SKILLS REQUIRED-- - -Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent attention-to-detailCritical thinkerTeam PlayerReliability
