This is an excellent opportunity to focus on business litigation with an emphasis on employment, shareholder, and commercial disputes. Opportunities in this role include: Advising and counseling on a variety of employment and human resources related issues; Drafting a full range of employment-related agreements, policies, and manuals; Conducting audits and investigations; Conducting legal research and drafting research memoranda; and, Opportunities for work on litigated matters. The firm uses a team approach to projects, working in a collegial environment to accomplish the client's goals. The firm is dedicated to the professional growth of its attorneys, both in legal skills and business development. What We Need:8-10+ years of employment litigation and/or counseling experience in a law firm setting Ideal candidate will also have an existing book of businessExperience should include employment, shareholder, intellectual property, franchise, fiduciary and other business disputes. Experience with cases involving litigated allegations against employees, officers, directors and shareholders of businesses.
