The Jack Link s Protein Snacks portfolio of brands includes, Jack Link s, Lorissa s Kitchen, BiFi, Peperami, Wild River, Golden Island and Country Fresh Meats.Job DescriptionJoin the Emerging Brands team as Senior Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and grow the newest brands added to the Jack Links Protein Snacks portfolio.
Be part of a team that is pushing the boundaries and reimagining the category.--Develop pitch decks for, and manage customer relationships within the natural grocery channel. Build customer stories catered for the natural channel and help build out the companies channel competency.Partner with director and agency partners to build the brand from the ground up, specifically establish brand positioning, brand voice, brand personality and packaging architecture.--Develop, test, and implement strategic business models with ability to assess and pivot quickly.Develop and execute brand marketing plans, with excellence through cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and readiness of plans, tracking of performance in market, course-correction and learnings to improve future performance.Lead cross-functional efforts, in close partnership with product development and consumer insights to develop and commercialize new products and expansion efforts to drive sales and profit.Understand channel and customer business dynamics and leverage insights to inform brand growth strategies, product and consumer marketing opportunities to drive growth, including non-traditional channels and ecommerceUncover actionable and powerful insights through analysis of brand performance,
consumer insights, category trends & competitive dynamics. Leverage these insights to shape brand strategy and growth opportunity recommendations.Work with cross-functional teams to measure and analyze sales impact, sales execution and the profitability/ROI including brand budgets.Create

marketing plans/initiatives to drive organic growth through lean investment. Including building relationships with other emerging brands, creative marketing tactics, etc.Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelor s degree in Marketing or equivalentRequired Experience:6+ years of experience in marketing/brand management. Ideally with some people management experience.Demonstrated experience as a CPG Founder/Entrepreneur with true cross-functional involvement in managing marketing, operations, finance, sales, etc.Experience leading the launch of a product from idea to market.Experience in rapidly developing & testing new, strategic business models.Experience partnering and collaborating with a board of advisors.Demonstrated experience working with customers (retailers
Whole Foods, Kroger, etc.).Experience networking and collaborating with CPG Founders, investors, and media.A track record of end-to-end execution, preferably culminating in the launch or commercialization of one or more successful products/businesses.A strong coach with demonstrated skills and experience in providing feedback and development opportunities that engages Team Members, creating a bench of future talent from within.--Analytic horsepower with a relentless orientation on results, and the capacity to respond quickly to changing marketplace dynamics.High levels of interpersonal skills, specifically in the area of influencing without direct authority, resolving conflict, and creative problem solving.Ability to lead complex, strategic projects through to commercialization.--Proven track record of driving profitable growth including P&L and marketing spend responsibilities.--Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams in conversations and in presentations.Resilient problem solver. Experience building consensus even if all team members may not be in agreement.
