The Jack Link s Protein Snacks portfolio of brands includes, Jack Link s, Lorissa s Kitchen, MATADOR Jerky, BiFi and Peperami.Job DescriptionCome Run with Sasquatch as our Director of Finance, Supply Chain & Operations (SCOPS) to help lead our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization on their journey towards becoming Elite!-- In this role, you will work closely with our senior leadership team in a highly-visible role, leading a team of experts, and partnering directly with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial family-run, family-owned business.----LeadershipBe a part of the SCOPS (Supply Chain & Operations) leadership team, responsible for safety, service, quality, people and cost, across the North American business unit.Support and oversee the development and execution of all elements of financial reporting for the construction and subsequent operation of our new world class manufacturing facility in Perry, Georgia.Lead, coach, engage and professionally develop a team of 5 direct and 37 indirect finance experts located across each of the facilities, ensuring consistent performance, as well as providing coaching and development.-- Includes the selection and development of Team Members, coaching and motivation, organizational goals and objectives, planning, organizing, integrating, measuring, and reporting the work performed within the team.Financial Business PartneringEnhance and leverage financial modeling capability to support and deliver transparent reporting and performance management of manufacturing and supply chain across a network of different operational facilities, and facilitate and lead short and long term business decision making.Develop and enhance metrics to allow the company to take simpler but more effective informed views of its financial and operational profile.Lead the annual planning process for SCOPS, ensuring clear assumptions on planning, holding sites accountable to deliver year on year improvements through continuous improvement, and providing clarity and stretching performance goals for financial targets.Direct, develop and implement as needed long-term financial planning and modeling capability.Actively participate in strategy process and integrated business planning.Conduct and drive ad hoc analysis in support of strategy discussions and decisions, process improvement initiatives and other special projects as neededPerforms other duties and responsibilities as necessary.QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelor s degree in Accounting or FinanceRequired Experience:10+ years of leadership experience in finance, supply chain and manufacturing finance, and financial modeling. including 3+ years supervisory/leadership responsibilities involving manufacturing or supply chain finance teams at multiple facilities.Working knowledge of US GAAP.Demonstrated leadership skills specifically to organize, plan and direct staff and direct the financial activities of the department.Demonstrated ability to combine strategic and detailed perspectives.Experience thriving in an entrepreneurial, creative and results oriented culture.Understand and interpret complex issues and recommend actions resulting in improved business performance.Possess strong problem identification, resolution abilities, exhibit professional judgement and sound decision-making skills.Experience driving cross-functional collaboration with a strong emphasis on customer focus and building high performing teams.Strong practical experience of SAP manufacturing finance, standard costing.Strong Excel skills in data compilation, aggregation and proficiency with Excel formulas.--Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support.Able to exercise a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, multi-tasking environment.Demonstration of advanced technical knowledge, including an advanced understanding of costing methodologies in a manufacturing environment, inventory valuation mechanics, and associated business practices.--Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
