What You'll be DoingDo you have a passion for leading, mentoring and coaching? You will work to answer associate questions, resolve issues, provide feedback and know when to escalate to the next level of support. You're an instrumental part in creating and maintaining a positive work environment for your team, ensuring we meet client requests and needs and acknowledge a job well done.
For this New York, New York, United States-based position, the expected base salary is $93,151 -$103,502
You'll report to the -Finance Manager. -We're looking for an experienced leader to Act as one, as you will encourage and motivate you team to resolve issues, accomplish goals and influence their career mobility.
During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Mentor and manage direct reports to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing employee related issues and coordinating training on new or revised information relating to services, products or processes of projects
  • Utilize time management and organizational skills to help support team on their multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects
  • Integrate best business practices and generally accepted financial principles, theories, and concepts to develop forecasting models as well as monitor results that compare actual results to the forecasting models.
  • Generate financial management reports, models, and analysis from a variety of internal sources and develop presentations of data in multiple formats including models, narratives, spreadsheets, and graphical reports sufficient for executive decision making and organizational assessment.
  • Maintain regular processes and procedures meant to ensure the integrity and integration of budgetary information.
  • Develop solutions to issues or complex problems -What You Bring to the Role
    • Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
    • 1 years' experience in financial analysis, corporate budgets and in-depth forecasting/planning.
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (especially Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint)
    • Reporting and analysis experience, adept with large datasets and comfortable with statistics and modeling
    • Continuously promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching for amazing
    • Engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks
