Controller will primarily be responsible for financial reporting,
accounting, audit prep, and internal controls.Why join

Details-Responsibilities:Complete all month, quarter, and year-end
revenue-related close items including preparation and/or oversight
of revenue arrangements, related journal entries, reconciliations,
and schedulesPrepare revenue forecasts, maintaining, improving, and
updating existing forecast model for maximum visibility and
accuracyEstablish best practices for optimal revenue
recognitionDevelop and document policies and procedures with a
focus on process improvement and increased efficiencyAssist with
the design and administration of variable comp plans for
sales-related staffUpdate monthly reporting packages and analyses
for the board of directors and other stakeholdersWork with finance
and other departments to identify and record period end adjusting
entries and accrualsAssist with integration and maintenance of
various financial and business systemsRequirements: Bachelor's
degree or higher in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3-5 years of
direct, work-related experience in a senior finance position Strong
knowledge of GAAP Excellent creative, strategic, analytical,
organizational, and leadership skills Strong computer skills
