  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA or CPA-eligible (preferred, not required)
  • 3-5 years experience in public accounting
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal, state and local reporting requirements
  • Desire to become an industry expert
  • General knowledge of accounting, financial statements and professional standards (GAAP, GAAS, etc)
