Your responsibilities

  Build financial controls and procedures
  
  
• 
  Obtain missing or correct data when necessary, after evaluating billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness
  
  
• 
  Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence
  
  
• 
  Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered Requirements - Excellent data entry skills
  
  
• 
  Billing Functions experience preferred
  
  
• 
  Experience with Microsoft Excel
  
  
• 
  Billing experience desired
  
  
• 
  Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
  
  
• 
  Adeptness in cash applications
  
  
• 
  Strong familiarity with ProLaw time and billing
  
  
• 
  Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
  
  
• 
  Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  
  
• 
  Prior experience working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
