Job Description:

Our client is a local manufacturer, and supply chain management that offers a variety of services for warehouse-using vendors. They are seeking an individual who can be a jack/jane of all trades as they will be involved in a variety of activities. Daily Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process work orders/assemblies to update inventory
  
• Process purchase and receipt of inventory
  
• Process and email customer invoices
  
• Enter vendor invoices, review for accuracy
  
• Process and deposit customer payments
  
• Update daily cash report
  
• Answer incoming phone calls
  
  
  Weekly Overview:
  
  • 
    
  • Process vendor wire payments
    
  • Process vendor check payments
    
  • Process credit card payables
    
    
    Monthly Overview:
    
    • 
      
    • Complete sales reconciliation and process sales commissions
      
    • Reconcile AMEX account and process payment
      
      
      Backup Customer Service:
      
      • 
        
      • Process/enter sales orders when backup is needed
        
      • Print/review/distribute work orders when backup is needed
        
        Work Model/Environment:This client is currently in the office 100% of the timeCompensation:$21-24/hr desired target compensationCB2
